INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION CROSS CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM OSAKA KYOTO (ICEF) is an educational program with double international certification by Gotravindo held on January 18th – 23rd, 2019 in Seoul, South Korea. Cooperation with global institution, the program issues DOUBLE INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATES that will be able to support student educational plan in the future.
Osaka and Kyoto are three foremost cities in Japan. Osaka as the second metropolitan area in Japan offers bustling city, delicious dishes and perky shopping area, while Kyoto and Nara indulge you with historical capital full numerous classical temples, incredible gardens and palaces. Learning Japanese Culture and History in Fascinating Places
Each country has different cultures. Exploring and understanding how cultures is built and taken care, are things that we, as the participants, should know for lifting our own national culture. By learning how a culture be built, the participants are expected to see nationalism. Feeling every new experience as they will go through with Japan cultural and historical places.
PREPARATION PROGRAM
The journey begins right when the participants fly their way to Osaka. The day will be spent on the sky.
Arrival and Welcoming
Arriving at the Kansai International Airport, the participants will be greeted by the thick atmosphere of friendliness and hospitality of Osaka. The participants will meet and greet with other participants and also get airport assistance provided by the committees before continuing the exploration of Osaka – Kyoto. Afterwards, the participants will be brought straight to Dotonbori and Namba district, the famous shopping and entertainment district in Osaka.
KYOTO UNIVERSITY – JAPANESE TEA CEREMONY – KIMONO WEARING – FUSHIMI INARI
A Day in Kyoto, will be started by exploring Kyoto University, guided by the student ambassadors. Here, the participants will have campus visit and gain more knowledge through discussion and cross culture understanding session with local students. After visiting university, the participants will experience tea ceremony and move to Fushimi Inari Shrine for wearing Japanese traditional house, kimono, and take a walk in the shrine like Japanese in the past. The participants will also be guided to Teramachi Shopping Arcade for enjoying art galleries, book and clothing shops. It will be the best way to end program in Kyoto. When everything has been experienced, the participants will move to Japan oldest capital, Nara.
OSAKA CASTLE – UMEDA SKY BUILDING – SUMIYOSHI TAISHA
The participants will feel the Osaka atmosphere by firstly visiting Osaka Castle to reveal Japanese, especially Osaka history. The building may seem ancient but what inside will be mesmerizing. After having something ancient, the participants will be guided to Umeda Sky Building that steadily stand in Osaka’s skyline. You will witness the evidence of how technology encompass Japan. The next destination that participants heading to will be Sumiyoshi Taisha, group of shrines which each of them is not only purely Japanese architecture, but also typical Asian mainland architecture.
Closing program
The participants’ last day is ended in Osaka. Before leaving, the participants will have breakfast and attend closing and thanking session. “Sayonara Japan!” The six-days-and-three-cities experiences will hardly be forgotten
Arrival in Indonesia
The participants will arrive in Indonesia with brand new experience about Japanese culture. Congratulation, the participants have already got one of the life treasure!

Every participant will receive double an International Certification issued by Ju-An and Gotravindo.
All selected delegates will be active in social project as a voluntary program of Gotravindo to support the Indonesian future development. Please be informed the social project name is SEMANGAT MEMBANGUN NEGERI.
Requirements for University Student Exchange Program :
– University Student or Graduated Student, age between 18-25 years old
– Physically and Mentally Healthy
– Good communication skill and knowledge

- Verification : We’ll do a verify and selection to ensure any prospective delegates
- Admission Letter : We will send the LoA, as official documents You received Prospective Delegates
- Payment Stage 1 : You are required to make a payment program according the information on the annex to a letter of acceptance
- Admission Document : You will be guided to complete the immigration documents of State programs
- On-line Class Mentoring : Intensive information and preparation program will be delivered through interactive learning classes On-line
- Techincal Meeting : Ensure all information program has been conceived, in order to optimize the quality of the programmes for delegates
- Prepare Departure : Assist you with the process of departure in Indonesia toward the program, until the service information about programs for parents
- On Program : At this time You will be undergoing Exchange programs, and study together with students around the world
- Documentation : We will make your exchange program has a history of taking the best of each moment
- Alumni Program : The completion of the program is not the end of the friendship, the GAES (Gotravindo Alumni Empowerment Summit) is a routine agenda of the entire exchange program alumni
